How Creative Could YOU be With a Stripped Down Windows 2k Box?

What if someone challenged you to do something really inspired on a Windows machine? "No big deal" you say, I do that all the time. Now what if I took away all your fancy applications, your video editing software, creative suite, font managers, 3D rendering - everything - so that all you're left with is a basic stripped down copy of Windows 2000 (yep, you don't even get XP, Deal with it maggot!) Then how good of a product do you think you could come up with?
